Ausherman Takes Home Twelve Awards At FCBA 2003 Awards of Excellence.

Middletown, MD April 17, 2004… Ausherman Homes, a Drees Home Company, won an astounding twelve awards at the Frederick County Builders Association Awards of Excellence banquet held at Hollow Creek Golf Club.

Ausherman Homes’ diverse and innovative new home designs were well represented winning twice. With its’ secure entrances, the convenience of elevators and comfortable floor plans, their condominium project at Ballenger Pointe won for Best New Home Design, Condominium under $200,000. The luxurious and flowing design of their Crestview single-family project won for Best New Home Design, Single Family between $400,000 & $450,000.

Ausherman continued their dominance by winning four times in the Best Sales Model category. Ballenger Pointe Condominiums, North Crossing Townhomes and the single-family models at Crestview and Villages of Urbana were all recognized for their quality design, fine craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

Ausherman won four additional awards in the Best Interior Merchandising category. Exciting merchandising is the perfect compliment to the functional layout and creative design of these homes. The interior design was by Design East Interiors, Inc. of Portsmouth, NH.

Ausherman Homes’ marketing campaigns were equally successful. Their “ Triple Grand Opening” advertisement was recognized as the best black & white print ad. Ausherman’s web site won as well with its’ creative design and easy navigation. Both marketing projects were created by Power Marketing & Advertising, Inc. of Hagerstown, MD.

In addition to this impressive list of accolades, the entire sales team of Ausherman Homes made the Multi-Million Producers Club. Juan Rodriguez led with top sales of 21.9 million dollars.
