KEY PERSONNEL

Stuart Terl
, Division President

Mr. Terl has been with Ausherman Homes since 1994, overseeing purchasing, construction, customer service and contracting for Ausherman Homes. He became president of Frederick County Builders Association in December, 2003. Holding a Civil Engineering degree from George Washington University, Mr. Terl has made his career in the home building industry since 1973.

Barry Weller
, Division Sales Manager

Mr. Weller is responsible for sales, marketing and development of new product and has been with Ausherman Homes since 1985. He is a founding member of the Frederick County Builders Association Sales and Marketing Council. Mr. Weller also serves on the board of Religious Coalition for Emergency Human Needs. He holds a Business Management Degree from Mount St. Mary's College.

Richard Ratliff
, Construction Manager

With more than 25 years in the home building industry, Richard Ratliff is the Construction Manager for Ausherman Homes. Mr. Ratliff researches new products to insure that they will meet the stringent quality guidelines adhered to by Ausherman Homes. He also insures customer satisfaction by delivering the highest customer care to new home buyers through each phase of their home ownership. He attended East Tennessee State and worked in the home building industry in northern Virginia for more than twenty years before joining Ausherman.

Denny Forrest
, Customer Care Manager

Mr. Forrest has been with Ausherman Homes since 1986. He is responsible for the coordination of all warranty responsibilities inclusive of leadership, training, and management of personnel that provide warranty service to homeowners. He insures customer satisfaction by delivering the highest customer care to new home buyers.

Jennifer Rindt
, Purchasing and Estimating Manager

Jen has been with Ausherman Homes since 1988. She supervises the purchasing and estimating staff with preparation of estimates and purchasing orders. She also controls direct costs through negotiations with trade contractors and suppliers.

Kimberly Wiley
, Design Center Manager

An employee with Ausherman Homes since 1988, Ms.Wiley has been consistently promoted from administrative support to management. She manages the Design Center located in the company's headquarters. She oversees all options offered, and assists home buyers in the selection process to make their new house a home. She studied Interior Design at Hagerstown Junior College.
